Carrie draws on her 30-plus years' experience in the male-dominated financial services industry to bring a fresh and honest approach to unifying corporate culture.
 

Having held series 7, 24, 6, 63, Life and P & C licenses, she has dedicated her life to the financial services industry. Working with brokers has been her passion for years and now she wants to truly affect change in the industry. 

Managing Director, Regional VP, Brokerage Sales Manager and Vice President are all titles that Carrie has held in her successful career.
 

Carrie was the 2020 National President of Women in Insurance and Financial Services and held the office of President of the Dallas/Ft. Worth Women in Insurance and Financial Services chapter and of her local NAIFA chapter. 

Carrie was a nominee for WIFS National Woman of the Year and is the 2019 Winner of the Nancy L. Rash Woman of the Year award in Dallas/Ft. Worth.

I love the word unity because it is the opposite of divided-- one in spirit, purpose, moving toward the same goal, etc.
 

I don't like the word diversity because to me it has come to mean the celebration of our "unlikeness."
 

Just when I think I have heard it all, I hear yet another story of frustration or downright harassment and I know I have to do everything I can to leave the industry better that I found it. 

Companies have spent millions of dollars and oh! have they ever talked about change!
